I went toMaaco for aninsurance claim for mycar twice. Sarah Berent was myrepresentative that. Everything was timely, very thoroughly communicated and she definitely looked out for mybest interest with the insurance company. I’ve been toother collision shops inthe past. And Ihave not ever had such great service. Ihope not tohave tocome back for collision work but ifI need this service again. ITWILL BEMAACO AND SARAH!

DO NOT GOHERE!
After having mytruck for 6weeks iended uphaving totake itto the dealer. Ibought mytruck from Carvana. Used their warrenty company Silver Rock. Headliner had some water stains, bumper had asmail dent. Headlight needed tobe replaced. Here iswhat mytruck looked like when ipicked itup. Sent Sarah anemail with this feedback prior toleaving this review. After 2days.... Noresponse
Truck istrashed. There iswhite “dust/overspray” all over the interior
Grease stains
on the brand new headliner!?!?!?! Ihave pictures toprove itInterior was put back together wrong. Had tohave aguy come out toget itcorrected because icould not put the seatbelton. Iinstructed him how tocorrect itand heoffered mea job
Scratches onthe freshly painted bumper
Trim around the overhead console not put back together and garage door opener inoperable
A plastic interior trim piece was inthe bed ofmy truck. Still not sure where itgoes
Failed totransfer the high performance bulbs from the old headlight. Idefinitely mentioned itto them
You would think that everything would have been double oreven triple checked over the 6weeks they had itin their possession.
They charged Silver Rock roughly $7500and now its atthe dealer because they “couldn't fix it”
Awful experience tosay the least.

Had afront end collision fixed. But then amonth later mycar had transmission problems. Took back toMacao and they said they don’t know what the problemis. Then afterwards Itook itto acar mechanic and they know immediately what the problemwas. SoMaaco forgot tofix acomponent that was damaged during the accident. They definitely don’t have much mechanical expertise.
They’re good atbody shop with but not sowith mechanical work. Ifyou have afront end accident, Idon’t recommen

Great experience! Brought inmy daughter’s 2009Pontiac Vibe she had put itthrew the ringer but now itwas being passed onto myson for his 16birthday. They made itlook great! hewas sohappy. Brought that old beater tolife again! And they worked with mybudget.

SECOND TRY AND ISTILL AMLEFT WITH SOLVENT POP BUBBLES FROM THEM APPLYING PAINT TOO QUICKLY. Ibrought mytahoe here for rust repair and paintjob. When they finished there was paint runs onthe front bumper still rust bubbles onthe wheel well interior was dusty ascan beand you could still see the huge rectangle onthe side where the door moldings used tobe. Also had overspray onmy windows inmy tread ofmy tires onmy spare tire and inmy wheel wells. Also myhood was off almost and inchfrom lining upwith the fender. They then blamed the problems onthe parts saying itwas because they were aftermarket.. Atno point was ioffered oem parts orgiven the option.And don't forget there were about 8to 10pieces oftape left onthe vehicle from painting.They then made mewait aweek with itlooking like this. Brought itin ona Mondayfor them tofix the issues and went ahead told them toget anew bumper for the front because previous was cracked. Iwanted tokeep the old grilles and bumper itold them. They then threw away myold bumper and cracked mygrilles that were ingood condition before. Lost the washers and the nuts for mylight bar they tookoff. Then Icome topick itup and the new bumper was sowarped you could see ita mile away they also hardly painted the holes where the tow hooks insert(i can see ablack primed surface where paint should becovering).Sarah was very rude onthe phone and yelled atme onthe phone and was extremely rude when Icame into tell them the bumper looked horrible. Idon't recommend anyone going here unless you want tobe treated poorly and waste your time and money.… – show

I went tothis Maaco,highly recommendation from mymechanic, and was not disappointed. Sarah welcomed mywith friendliness, courtesy, and most ofall fairness and honesty. Ireceived professionalism and honestly that most other shops will not extend tomost walk-in customers. Thank you Sarah and the Entire team atMaaco. You guys are awesome

I brought my2006Avy infor some repairs, rust removal, and paintjob. Iwas waited upon byTarek— who was one ofthe nicest guys you'll meet. Heand his team ofmiracle workers did aphenomenaljob! The truck looks brandnew!! Iwould HIGHLY recommend them!
