‘Dancing With The Stars’ Hair Metal Night Scores—Who Went Home In The Double Elimination? (2024)

Tonight on Dancing With the Stars, contestants and pros took to the stage to perform iconic Hair Metal songs from Aerosmith, Whitesnake, Twisted Sister, and more. After some mishaps and “weird” feedback from tonight’s guest judge, two couples were ultimately eliminated at the end of the show.

The third week of DWTS kicked off on Monday, October 8, with couples performing Soul Train hits. Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong topped the leaderboard for the third week in a row. The three couples with the lowest scores—Reginald VelJohnson and Emma Slater (21 points) and Dwight Howard and Daniella Karagach (23 points)—were most at risk of going home heading into Tuesday.

Hair Metal Night started off with an opening number to KISS’ “Rock and Roll All Nite,” choreographed by Pasha Pashkov and featuring Whitesnake’s Joel Hoekstra on guitar.

Gene Simmons, the co-lead singer of the rock band KISS, was the guest judge. However, social media had many thoughts about Simmons’ comments throughout the night. Some viewers labeled him “creepy” because of his at sometimes superficial feedback that focused largely on looks and appearances.

Who Was Eliminated In Dancing With The Stars Week 3?

Eric Roberts and Britt Stewart, along with Reginald VelJohnson and Emma Slater, were eliminated during Week 3 of Dancing With the Stars. They had the lowest combined total of judges' scores and viewers’ votes from Monday and Tuesday night.

“This has been very special occasion and she’s been very special to me,” Reginald told Julianne after the elimination. Meanwhile, Emma said she won because she gained a new friend.

As for Roberts, the actor said he’s “never had a better working experience” in his entire professional career. Britt added that she’s proud that they broke barriers in the ballroom.
