@XfinitySupport month long problem still exists. No help from comcast/xfinity. when I get automated call back it doesn't recognize when I press 1 and you hang up. worst service ever. you need to call me directly by a live person

@XfinitySupport ahh yes Xfinity another full day at home without internet. I'm starting to wonder when we will start getting compensated by @Xfinity for all this down time we aren't able to use your services.

@the_moviebob What are the odds a non-major studio like Embracer group or an apple (I hate it for antitrust reasons, but itβs not yet a major competitor so it would be better) buy it instead of Comcast? Because I can get behind that. I just donβt want to go down to Four majors

Two outages in a week with @Xfinity. This time I kept being told it would be done in an hour, that they are just finishing up. I was even told "rest assured" you'll have service in an hour. What an awful customer experience. Lost an entire day of work because of the lies.

I do want to say that the freezing is new to me. I haven't isolated if it's an internet or computer issue. My PC is full capable of stream and playing, had new wires installed from Comcast. So I'm lead to believe it's a server issue.

@Xfinity I was seeing 9% packet loss (while hardwired to my modem). This should not happen. The issue is upstream of me. I wish I could get the support to team to understand that and troubleshoot it accordingly but they refuse to acknowledge. Same thing happened during the last outage.

@Xfinity They killed the website, the app doesnt work, and the Xfinity people actually cant do it themselves because security (which is a valid concern I guess), so it literally cant ******* be done. Absolutely amazing.
